MY PLACE – POETRY , AFFIRMATIONS & MORE

Risking ego just once
for a glimpse of planned peace

grasping energy around
invisible, unseen

Bouncing vibrations slow down
pulse quickens inside
settling down in my mind
thoughts refuse to subside

Sound fills the room
no fear and no pain
chest rising, breath slows
whispers of birds in the rain

Racing words less demanding
attention sought, now scorned
exhale out and breathe in
wiggle toes on the floor

Awakened Spirits lift high
float above shackled pain
release and set free
hearts shattered and stained

Just for now , welcome love
as you are lead into light
never alone we are One
we just need to take flight

Connect with the sounds
as your chakras align
get lost in the moment
be free Souls unwind

As you lift from this world
leave your worries and pain
breathe in and release
then do it again.

Breath in and release
then do it again.
